At Drummond we have our very own unique recipe and method to smoke our beautiful Elephant Garlic cloves. In our custom designed smoker we mix together our Oak wood chips with our secret Drummond House wood chip blend to give our very distinct smoked flavor. We have developed and perfected our smoking techniques over the past 7 years.


We slowly smoke each batch of our garlic for 36 hours  to ensure the best flavour possible. It is delicious in soups, casseroles, roasted, thinly sliced as a pizza topping, in hummus and mixed through creamy mash potatoes. It is absolutely delicious in a creamy carbonara.
